The Time Travel Opportunists are three writers from Derby who started performing and publishing their work in February 2008. They are Emma , Nathan, and Biff.

Biff

Richard J. Birkin was born, raised, and now lives in the middle of Derby. He's spent the last six years writing and playing music in The Little Explorer. He began finishing stories following one being published in the Autumn 2007 edition of Tripod. He likes adventures, albeit more in the Bagpuss vein than Indiana Jones.

Emma

Emma J. Lannie was born in Manchester, but moved to Derby after University. She divides her time between her library job, writing, eating bourbons, and travelling. She wishes there was a bit more of the travelling. She's had writing published in Tripod, 6Sv1, Dzanc Best Of The Web 2010, Even More Tonto Short Stories, and in various places online, links to which can be found on her blog.

Nathan

Nathan R. Good was raised on an island in Essex but found it impossible to write amongst the noise of backfiring Ford Fiestas. He moved to Derby and enjoyed a degree in creative writing. He owns seventeen unusable and very chewed pens. He would like a Parker pen but does not like the taste of metal.
