Being Michael Frearson...

...must feel pretty good at the moment. We bound all the copies of the book this week and just have to put the cds in the sleeves, hand number them, and put them all in a box to take down to Big Blue (Sadlergate, Derby) for the performance tonight.

We, the Time Travel Opportunists, have written a special piece to perform tonight. Taking the title of Michael's book, 'Being That Person', it's a story of a park told from three very different perspectives.

The line-up for tonight is so diverse. Alex Blood isn't coming after all because he's playing with Mark Ronson tonight. That's a shame, and not a shame at the same time. I think Chris Ballard is going to play without him. Chris has a lovely voice and plays the guitar.

It starts fairly early, half seven in fact. It's free to get in, there's loads of awesome people playing, there'll be free party rings, and the book for sale. Can't say fairer than that now can ye? (Click here for the flyer)

(Coming soon - photos of the new book)
